【在家中進行獻火光禮 Aarati】
鄭驊峰老師建議在家中進行獻火光禮 Aarati 儀式如下：
今年邪濕病氣很重，建議所有瑜伽同修，凡在家裏供奉上師法
照，或有神像神壇的，每天在家裏抽時間做獻火光禮 Aarati，以
增加光明正氣。有油燈的用油燈，沒有的用隻小碟載著蠟蠋芯，
就可以做了。
鄭驊峰老師特為此送上重新整理好的 Aarati 歌詞如下，及附上
MP3 檔案(見附件)，給有興趣學習的同修可以參照學習。
懇請各位，在家中持續念誦祝禱，祈求大眾平安健康。

O Lord! The miseries of their minds get dissolved.
Happiness and wealth come to their homes,
And physical ailments are removed.

冥想於祢的都得到功果，
主啊！他們心中的苦惱都會化解，
幸福與財富會來到他們家裏，

I take refuge in Thee who are both my mother and my father.
O Lord, in whom else can I take refuge?
